The Advancein coaching program will allow aspiring and current leaders to Ascertain their practice, strengths, areas of development, and self limiting beliefs through deep conversations, questioning and self reflection. This will allow them to develop a well thought out Action Plan with the guidance and support from their professional coach. Through deeper conversations, aspiring and current leaders will be held Accountable whilst working through their action plans in order for them to meet goals and deliver results and Advance on to new and improved goals.
This program adopts a primarily dialogical approach where aspiring or current leaders remains the decision maker but their coach shares expertise to help the leader learn and consider different lines of thinking.
The Dialogical Coaching approach is a partnership between the leader and coach. The coach honours the autonomy of the leader they are working with and the coach acts to serve and support them.
