Who We Are

A team of certified coaches, qualified teachers and leaders in Education and Business. We are proud to have a team with a diverse range of educational and leadership expertise, which is reflected in our range of coaching programs and custom offerings.

Our organisation provides expert coaching and services to schools and organisations in the UK and across the globe. We work with educators at all levels, including primary and secondary teachers, senior and middle leaders and business leaders. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality support to help our clients succeed. We also work with Parents, Children and Families to support their goals and help to achieve their desired results.

Our community of schools and organisations continues to expand, and we are dedicated to maintaining strong partnerships and a commitment to exceptional coaching. Our team’s wealth of knowledge is a valuable asset, and we work to showcase it through our various offerings.

Executive Team

Mo

Founding Coach

Mo has 17 years of teaching, leadership and coaching experience. Mo’s route into teaching was through the prestigious Teach First Graduate Teaching programme. Mo’s passion for working with some of the country’s most deprived children led him to secure a leadership role at a Special School catering for pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Mo teaches at an Ofsted Outstanding rated school which is also a National Behaviour Hub Lead school.

Mo’s service to teaching in such challenging circumstances led him to win the TeachOn National Ambassador Award. Mo has also gained his Masters in Educational Leadership along with certifying as an Educational and Executive Coach. As a certified and experienced coach, Mo works with many different schools, colleges and organisations to support, develop and transform staff and teams, resulting in transformational change and development for individuals, teams and organisations.

Mo has a particular interest and passion for working with Senior Leaders and Executives, serving, and supporting their vision, needs and self-limiting beliefs.

Isaac

Founding Coach

With a career in coaching spanning 15 years, Isaac began his career in the sports and fitness industry. As a gym instructor moving quickly to duty manager and personal trainer and certifying as a registered ABA boxer; Isaac has a wealth of experience in developing transformational change for those he works with.

Driven by his desire to coach and develop those around him, Isaac subsequently moved into the field of education, serving as a behaviour mentor for some of the most challenging pupils in his region. Isaac’s commitment to making a positive impact on young people’s lives saw him quickly ascend the ranks to positions such as pastoral lead, inclusion manager, and eventually Assistant Headteacher responsible for Inclusion and Safeguarding. Isaac also works with numerous schools and Multi Academy Trusts as a registered Advanced Team Teach Instructor, supporting Behaviour, Safeguarding and Wellbeing to school staff and leaders.

Throughout his career, Isaac has displayed exceptional coaching and leadership skills, consistently guiding, and inspiring his teams and organisations to greater heights.

Mariam has a wealth of experience in teaching, leadership, and coaching, with 20 years of work in both the UK and United Arab Emirates under her belt.

She received her Bachelor of Education with QTS in 2003 and has worked with students in all primary school phases. Mariam is an OLEVI-certified coach and graduate of the OLEVI Outstanding Teachers Program, and she has helped students, teachers, and leaders transform their personal and professional lives through coaching.

Mariam believes that everyone is on their own journey and that by setting goals and working together in a positive and safe environment, we can inspire lasting change and help everyone succeed.

After earning a BSc in Business Management and Computer Science from Manchester University, Ebrahim began working as a Business Analyst for British Telecommunications in London. This role sparked his interest in both business and technology.

Seeking more management experience, Ebrahim joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car on a fast-track management program, where he was eventually promoted to Branch Manager. In this role, he honed his skills in sales, marketing, and financial management, and the success of the branch led to a promotion to Area Manager at Europcar. At Europcar, Ebrahim coached and mentored Branch Managers to run successful businesses and teams. He found a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals, leading him to a career in teaching Computer Science in the UK and abroad. Duuring this time, Ebrahim also gained his and had also completed his Masters in Educational Leadership

Currently, Ebrahim is the Head of the Computer Science department at a top school in the UAE. In this role, he continues to mentor and coach Computer Science teachers and middle leaders as they work towards their career goals.

After beginning his professional journey as a gym instructor, Isaac swiftly transitioned into leadership roles as a duty manager within the fitness industry. Driven by his desire to coach and support those around him, Isaac pursued a career as a personal trainer, delivering successful coaching and leadership programs to amateur sports enthusiasts. His expertise in boxing also earned him recognition as a registered ABA boxer.

Isaac subsequently moved into the field of education, serving as a behaviour mentor for some of the most challenging children in the city. His commitment to making a positive impact on young people’s lives saw him quickly ascend the ranks to positions such as pastoral lead, inclusion manager, and eventually Assistant Headteacher responsible for Inclusion and Safeguarding. Isaac is also the schools’ Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Lead Trauma Informed Practitioner. Isaac also works with numerous schools and MATs as a registered Advanced Team Teach Instructor. Throughout his career, Isaac has displayed exceptional coaching and leadership skills, consistently guiding and inspiring his teams and organizations to greater heights.

Salma is a highly skilled and experienced coach who specialises in working with parents, children, and families. With a background as a qualified and practicing speech and language therapist, Salma has an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges that families face, and uses her expertise to help them build strong, positive relationships.

Salma has also worked with staff and leaders in the NHS, coaching them to enhance their communication skills and work more effectively as a team. With a warm, empathetic approach, Salma is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their relationships, both at home and in the workplace
