The Excelin coaching program will allow Senior and Executive leaders to Explore their ideas, vision and strategy through deep conversations with their executive coach. They will use their executive coach as a sounding board to explore their ideas, thoughts, processes and justifications. This will allow the leader to Exact a clear and well exhausted set of goals and action plans. Deeper conversations and accountability will allow Senior and Executive leaders to Execute their vision and strategies to Excel themselves and their organisations.
This program is firmly based on a Facilitative approach but can be dialogical depending on where the leader is at and what their specific needs are.
The Facilitative Coaching approach is more of a sounding board where the leaders sets the goals and knows what they want to achieve. The coach facilitates this through expert coaching, deep questioning and active listening.
